Thanks to continuous scanning and impedance analysis, the innovative control system they are equipped with, based on the S.I.A. (Smart Impedance Analyser) algorithm, always ensures the best working conditions when the physical conditions of the system change.

Dual Modulation STEP + SWEEP Mode

Pulsed cyclic Step Mode modulation in combination with Sweep Mode modulation ensures maximum effectiveness and uniformity of the ultrasound field in any type of treatment, optimising quality and precision.

Industry 4.0

Continuous developments in industry have led UNITECH to equip the new TiTAKO 3® generators with remote Ethernet Modbus TCP-IP interconnection for data control and exchange, falling within the parameters of Industry 4.0.
In addition to integration into automated production control systems, remote assistance and diagnostics can be performed remotely, allowing you to monitor, store and adapt all the parameters of the machines installed anywhere in the world to the system, in real time.

Universal Power supply

No limit to the type of power supply, from 110 to 500 Volt 50/60Hz, both single-phase and three-phase (even without neutral).
Thanks to the high performance value of this family of generators, heat dissipation is very low and a smart indirect cooling control reduces ventilation to a minimum, allowing installation even in harsh environments.

The TiTAKO family of generators is made up of three models, starting from a simpler LIGHT version, to a more complex TOP version with a 7″ touch-screen display, intended for research laboratories, and a BLACK version with a remote user interface. All models are available in Single-Frequency, Dual-Frequency and Multi-Frequency versions.

One of the main features of TiTAKO® is its extreme flexibility. The Multitasking control system, ensured by the powerful 64-bit Quad-Core Arm processor core, can simultaneously manage different frequencies, giving the system a Multifrequency never obtained before, with a range from 20 to 135KHz.

New Plug&Play fastening and connection system

TiTAKO WAVE® transducers, made of titanium, are designed to offer maximum power with a small device.
The high efficiency and radial sound uniformity generated by this brand-new transducer ensure maximum cavitation and washing performance in a very short time. Its compact dimensions mean that it can be used in multi-chamber and vacuum washing machines or systems; its solid titanium waveguide offers a guarantee of long life and extreme resistance to high pressures and temperatures.

Very high level FEM (Finite Element Method) design has allowed reduction of the losses of vibration propagation at the fixing point to almost zero.
Thanks to the original new design, with the innovative Wave-Stop suspension, all the ultrasound waves are distributed in the sonotrode, without any loss of efficiency, achieving an incredible yield, over 95%.
